Booking

Advance Reservations: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

Same-Day Bookings: Same-day setups may be possible depending on availability just shoot us a message or call us directly.

Set Up
-
Setup: We’ll have your chairs and umbrellas prepared upon your booked arrival.

Pickup: We begin takedown within 20 minus of your bookings end. If you'd like to extend your booking please contact us.

We’ll coordinate exact beach location details via text after booking!

Damage + Loss Policy

Please treat our chairs, umbrellas, and gear like your own.

If items are damaged beyond normal wear or lost due to neglect (e.g. unattended in strong winds), you may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

The rentals are your sole responsibility once on the beach and setup is complete

If items are missing when your session comes to an end you're responsible for replacment of loss or damage.

Cancellation Policy

cancellations 72 hours prior to your appointment are subject to a 25% non-refundable processing fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Payment Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

We accept credit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and cash.

All transactions will receive a confirmation via email or text.

Weather Policy

We totally get it—beach weather can be unpredictable.
-
If weather conditions (like prolonged heavy rain, lightning, or dangerous wind) make it unsafe or impossible to set up, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future date, your choice.

Light showers before your booked time or overcast skies do not qualify for weather-based cancellations.

Flagler Beach Cabana Rentals will Determine if weather based cancellations are warranted.

No refunds due to inclement weather.
