Cancellation Policy

1. Rental Terms - Rental services are available for rent by the hour. - Rental hours are from 9AM to 8PM - All rentals will be picked up by end of rental time 2. Reservations - Payment in full is required to confirm reservations. - "Day of booking", is optional based on availability, contact us for inquiry. 3. Delivery only - Delivery is available within FLAGLER BEACH ONLY. - Setup and takedown included in rental price. - Please provide accurate details for your preferred location. 4. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations within 24 are non-refundable - Cancellations 72 hours prior to your appointment are subject to a 25% non-refundable processing fee. -No-shows are non-refundable.
